• Say it's a good idea if you like it.
• You don't understand an idea, ask.
• You have the same idea, do something together.
• If you have a supplementary document or perhaps a best practice example, send it.

With the comment function in ideas, you can directly communicate with the submitter of an idea. The idea creator is automatically notified via email about new comments. The comment function also works when an idea was sent anonymously.

If you are the owner of a campaign, you have the opportunity to talk privately with the idea provider. Only you and the source of ideas see the news. Example: When an idea is insufficiently described or something inappropriate was sent.

Likes from the idea providers show an initial tendency as to which ideas are interesting from the participants/user's point of view. Encourage likes from participants by using the Comment option Call for it in the campaign. For example, when there are already many ideas:”We received 85 ideas, thank you! Show us which ideas you find particularly interesting with a like!”.
